El Diablo Sauce
El Diablo is Taco Truck Salsa Company’s signature hot sauce. This three pepper sauce is bursting with bold flavors stemming from roasted red peppers, garlic and onions with a hint of citrus and other special spices that make El Diablo a real treat. If your looking for something with a little more kick than our other signature sauces, El Diablo will definitely satisfy your thirst. Use this sauce on everything from tacos, enchiladas and tamales, to garnishing your favorite soups, chips and dips. El Diablo is so tasty, it will bring you to tears, clear your sinuses and add a punch of flavor to just about any meal.
Durango
Durango, as the story is told, stems from a Latin word referencing the town of water. Durango Spain is the city of three rivers with fertile land surrounded by mountains. Our Durango sauce is rich in flavor with a variety of roasted red peppers. Toasted with garlic, onions and other secret spices, this three pepper sauce will have your mouth watering. We recommend Durango on everything from enchiladas and sweet potato tacos, to corn bread and pulled pork tamales. Watch out though, there are rumors circulating that Durango has been used to dip a grilled cheese or two.
